Privacy Policy

Sykes Creatives Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at sykescreatives.net. We collect a small amount of information — mostly what you voluntarily submit through our project intake form. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and to improve the site. We don't sell your data. We don't share it beyond the service providers we need to run the site. That's the whole policy in one paragraph. The rest of this page explains the details.

Information you give us

When you submit the form on our Start a Project page, you provide us with:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)
• The goal, stage, needs, budget range, and timeline you select
• A written description of the opportunity or project you're working on

URLs you submit for analysis

Our Experience Score tool analyzes a website URL you provide. We fetch the publicly accessible HTML of that page, run automated checks against it, and cache the resulting score. The URL and score are stored in our database so identical requests are served quickly. No personal information is stored from this tool.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, Vercel Analytics collects aggregated, anonymous data about how the site is used: pages visited, referrer source, device type, approximate geographic region, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics. This data is not tied to your identity and is not used for advertising.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your project inquiry — by email, or by scheduling a call
• Understand your business context so we can have a useful first conversation
• Improve the site, the Experience Score tool, and our services
• Comply with legal obligations, if and when they apply

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not send marketing email unless you specifically ask us to.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site. Each one has its own privacy and security practices:

• Supabase — our database provider. Project submissions and cached Experience Score results are stored here.
• Resend — our transactional email provider. When you submit the form, Resend delivers the notification email to us. Your email address is used as the reply-to address.
• Vercel— our hosting provider. Site traffic, server logs, and Analytics data pass through Vercel's infrastructure.

These providers may store or process data in jurisdictions outside your own — typically the United States. By using our site, you consent to this transfer where required.

Project inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction. If a project moves forward, we retain relevant records for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Experience Score cache entries expire automatically after 24 hours and are periodically purged from the database.

If you'd like us to delete your inquiry before this period ends, email us and we'll do it within a reasonable timeframe.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over your personal information. These typically include:

• Access — a copy of what we hold about you
• Correction — fixing inaccurate information
• Deletion — asking us to remove your data
• Objection — asking us to stop using your data for a specific purpose
• Portability — receiving your data in a transferable format

We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse — including HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls on our database and admin systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we use industry-standard practices and choose service providers that do the same.

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. The site may use browser local storage for theme preferences and similar non-identifying settings. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not track you across other websites.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.

If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we'll make that visible on the site — but we won't email you unless the change directly affects how we're handling your information.
